Jennifer is the Managing Principal at EGAN RAVARINO LLC. She heads the Accounting Services division and manages the firm’s operations. She has over 24 years of experience in the accounting and tax world. Jennifer has worked with a broad range of industries including restaurants, franchisees, entertainment, investment companies, and multi-family investments. She provides her clients with great attention to detail, an understandable analysis, and a quick turn-around of their monthly financials. Her tax background allows her to guide her accounting clients on the tax impact of their monthly results and contemplated business decisions. Jennifer's drive is to be part of her client's success story by providing accurate and timely information that leads to well-informed business decisions.

Jennifer holds a BA in Accounting from the University of Denver (1993). She began her career in the tax department of the Denver office of Arthur Andersen. She then spent 10 years in industry in the tax department at a national property and casualty insurance company in Denver. In 2007, she joined P.L. Hocevar & Associates and honed her skills in both tax and accounting. She spent 3 years working alongside Paul Hocevar before leaving for a small local accounting firm in Littleton. After six years at this firm, Jennifer joined forces with her trusted partner, Paul Egan in launching EGAN RAVARINO LLC.

Paul is a founding Principal of EGAN RAVARINO LLC. He has more than 27 years of delivering personalized tax, accounting, and business advice to his clients. Paul specializes in serving the needs of closely-held businesses and their owners, non-profit entities, and high net worth individuals.

Paul holds a BA in Accounting from Regis University (1987) and a Master in Taxation from the University of Denver (1988). Paul developed his skills for delivering excellent client services alongside his mentors at the top national and regional accounting firms in Denver. Most recently, he worked at a small local accounting firm in Littleton for six years until he decided to rekindle his passion for delivery of more personalized client services by starting EGAN RAVARINO LLC with kindred spirit Jennifer Ravarino.

Paul has a heart for volunteering services to his community. He is a committed Board Member and Treasurer of the Adoption Exchange believing all foster children deserve a forever family. He volunteers for numerous charities and was recognized by the Colorado Society of CPA’s with their prestigious “CPA’s Who Make a Difference” Award for his tireless dedication to community service.

Rhonda Harguth joined EGAN RAVARINO LLC in October 2017. She has over 23 years experience in all areas of accounting, tax and client service. She previously worked alongside Jennifer and Paul and shares their drive in delivering quality and accurate services to every client.

Rhonda's leads the day-to-day QuickBooks and transactional accounting areas. She provides both daily and monthly financial information to keep clients moving forward. Her experience and expertise in the tax field provides a well-rounded addition to our team.
